CUSTOMIZE THE WEIGHTS TO THE ATHLETE!
Machine comes with four different weight holders to accommodate each athlete for his or her size. The weights can be added to the top arms, the t-pad, or the head for heavy strength training. Rubber bands may be used for maximum resistance.
The Leg drive comes in four different lengths to best suit each weight room. Each machine is 4ft wide with a durable rubber mat for better traction that extends 4ft outside the machine for practicing drive explosion from a three point stance.
